Residences carved from the Sierra
A curated collection of custom lakeside and mountain homes across Tahoe, Placer, and El Dorado counties, designed as one unbroken line from structural mass to the final interior detail. Each residence in this portfolio reflects the same discipline: a single vision carried from the first survey of granite and shoreline to the last piece of furniture set in place.

From site to hearth
We completely eliminate the traditional boundary between structural architecture and interior curation. Every residence is conceived as a singular, cohesive entity, ensuring the transition from raw granite to wire-brushed oak is inevitable. There is no seam, no visible handoff — only one continuous decision, carried from the foundation to the mantel.
Our integrated practice spans the Lake Tahoe Basin, Truckee, and the surrounding counties of Placer and El Dorado, executing monumental legacy builds that honor their rugged alpine environments. These are homes designed to outlast trends, built with the same permanence as the granite peaks that surround them.

The custom residences
A comprehensive showcase of our integrated custom commissions across the Sierra Nevada, demonstrating the seamless fusion of structural mass and refined interior curation. From alpine ridgelines to the shores of Lake Tahoe, each residence stands as proof of a single, uncompromising process.
Each project represents an integrated journey, where landscape, structure, and interior space are resolved simultaneously. We build legacy homes that belong to the Sierra. These are not showcase pieces designed for a portfolio — they are homes lived in daily, tested by winters, and shaped to feel more permanent with every passing year.

Begin the conversation
We accept a limited number of custom residential commissions each year to ensure absolute design dedication and unbroken execution from site to hearth. If your vision belongs in the Sierra, we'd welcome the chance to discuss it.
